What we need from you to provide you with a Quote

This information is usually spread across the first, second and third pages of an Invoice.

Please take your time finding the information we need to fill in all required fields in this form, together with attaching copies of your Energy Contract(s) and few Invoices from each contract period. This will enable us to provide you with an accurate quote for your potential claim value. 

Please provide the same information (repeat filling in the form again) if more than one contracts in place for the same client’s name, or more than one supplier for the same site address. As well as please repeat the process for either gas or electricity.

If you have more than one site with different supply addresses, please repeat the same process for all your business premisses.

When submitting the MPAN or MPRN Number, please note that you can only submit this form for either of them but not both together if they are not on the same contract.

When submitting your Contract Price Per Unit, you must fill in whichever applies - either Day/Night, Evening/Weekend, or All.

Knowing and adding your Energy Broker details is also important.

* You can find this on your Energy Contract or Invoice. For Electricity (MPAN Number) - this is usually displayed as series of boxes with numbers and always starting with a bold S, it is 21 digits long (on some contracts or invoices the MPAN shows only the bottom line of numbers, which is 13 digits long); for Gas (MPRN Number) - this is displayed as a number between 8 and 15 digits long.

Please also attach copies of your Energy Contracts and 1-2 invoices from each year of your contract

Once you submit your information to us, we will get back within 24-48 hours providing you with an accurate calculation for your potential claim value.

If happy for us to subsequently proceed with submitting your claim, we will advise you on all further steps.
